This is the last weekend of the SL Clothing Fair benefiting RFL, so I decided to publish some additional photos of my donation to RFL: Sam’s Secret Escaping from Pirates Gown. (read all informations about this gown in this link).
These photos were taken by Sam’s Secret Boutique Models. As far as live models were not allowed during the fair to help to reduce lag, they did a good job just taking some photos of themselves wearing the new releases.

Sams Secret PIRAlaTEx Outfit in Copper
Sam’s Secret PIRATES Collection was born as part of my collaboration to SL Clothing Fair 2009. The main idea is to use some elements of “pirates ” inspiration on completely different styles of outfits. And some times… the inspiration is based on word play!
Pirates + Latex = PIRAlaTEx
Sam’s Secret PIRAlaTEx Outfit is a metallic warrior outfit, made by latex! It is perfect to RP. It includes fashion top and pants in all layers, and the metallic cape. Available in copper, silver and gold. To complete the look I’m holding a sword from the public library (all you have to do to find it is to open your inventory and type “sword”)
The silver version of it has the price set as 50%OFF, so you can save some money to donate to RFL kiosks or maybe to buy one of the hundreds RFL items available on RFL vendors during the SL Clothing Fair …

Sams Secret NOT A PIRATE Dress in Green
Sam’s Secret PIRATES Collection was born as part of my collaboration to SL Clothing Fair 2009. The main idea is to use some elements of “pirates ” inspiration on completely different styles of outfits. And some times the “element” is too “light” or “weak” to even be considered as pirate inspiration at all!
Sam’s Secret NOT A PIRATE Dress is a casual dress available in 4 different colors: green, turquoise, terracotta and brown.
Once again, the price of this dress was decided by Sam’s Secret Boutique customers. And, during the fair, there is one of these colors with the price set as 50%OFF, so you can save some money to donate to RFL kiosks or maybe to buy one of the hundreds RFL items available on RFL vendors during the SL Clothing Fair …
And no… the color with the special discount is not the green… I know today there are already lot of ”green” outfits with promotional price around the fashion sphere because of St Patrick Day, and probably at this point you are already all green!!! So I decided to set another color of my dress as 50%OFF

Sams Secret Ship
Sam’s Secret Ship was crossing the ocean to launch new products in a far far away sim, when suddenly a VamPirate Ship approached it, and attacked it! OMG!
The VamPirates threw some of the new releases from Sam’s Secret Ship to the sea…
Hopefully you will be visiting Sam’s Secret Ship at SL Clothing Fair SIM 8, and helping to fundraise to RFL!

The main theme of SL Clothing Fair this year is: Pirates! Well… I couldn’t resist to have a plank at my store! From time to time you will be able to see some of the Sam’s Secret Models walking on the plank! They will be showing you the RFL outfit in different colors, as you wish, and some of the new releases also. (Well.. actualy that HAS my plan… but as far as the organizators decided to not allow Live Models on the fair anymore as one of the several action to reduce lag… I’ll not be doing this anymore. I’m supporting their decision, because the most important thing in this fair is to bring people to spend money on RFL-vendors! Lets Go Relay!! So I rezzed a texture-model on the plank ;- )

I would like to say my very special thank you for everyone who is working hard as volunteer to make this AMAZING event happen!
I’ll start saying my very special thank you for dear customers who became volunteer Models to walk on the plank, I mean, to work as live models during the Fair (alphabetic order): Avona Ryba, Brie Pinazzo, CandiO Contepomi, randy Thor and Skye Hanfoi. I love you all!!
I had this idea to have a Pirate ship attacking Sam’s Secret Ship, and throwing the new releases on the ocean, but I was unable to build the ships… So here we go with my very special thank you for SerinaJane Loon who introduced me to Julia Merosi who built the VampPirate Ship, and of course, to Julia! Julia, everyone who visit the store felt in love with the special ships you created!!
And Lolita Nomura, this sweet girl who surprised me with some awesome photos! I’ll be publishing some of Lolita’s photos during this week.
And, I’m wordless to thank you to the entire team who worked really hard during months planning the entire event, and organizing everything to make it happen! are so awesome! I’m absolutely sure I’ll forget some names, so I apologize upfront… Thank you Nevar Lobo, Ame Starostin, Synergy Devonshire, Moxie Polano, Timless Agency, and… and…. and.. and I guess I’ll link to the note where Nevar and Ame are saying thank you to the entire team this way I’ll not forget anybody.

Sams Secret ESCAPING FROM PIRATES Gown in Teal
Sam’s Secret Ship was crossing the ocean to launch new products in a far away land, when suddenly a Pirate Ship approached it, and attacked it! OMG!
This poor lady on the photo is trying to escape from them! Actually, the pirates already took all her jewelry! She handled to escape from the Pirate’s ship before to be able take back her coat, so she is freezing! lol
Now let’s get serious… Yesterday was the Relay For Life In Second Life 2009 Kick Off Party, and it was so touching! You can see some of the photos here and here. Sam’s Secret ESCAPING FROM PIRATES Gown is my donation to help to fundraise to RFL during the SL Clothing Fair 2009 Benefiting Relay for Life, March/17-23th.
This gown will be available in 4 different colors, and all proceeds will go to American Cancer Society. The first photo you see is the teal version, and it was blogged few days ago by the sweet redhead Samara Barzane. Re: Kick Off Party – March 14th.
We have been busy creating the stage, invites, checking sounds, etc but something pops up in our minds ” Why not include all the SL Relay Community, if the theme is – One World, One Hope?”
We (the whole entertain committee plus a few volunteers- Erin Messmer, Franco Amat, UB) created the kick-off stage with many earthballs.
What we would like from you is something that would be integrated into our creation.
We are searching for people who would like to send us their portrait pic (close up) of their smiling (avatar-) face, just to show the world that you are close to people with cancer and to show your support in finding a cure.
Your portrait could be one which would will be aligned by a ribbon to all the others to show everyone that we are ONE WORLD and at the same time, that we have ONE HOPE!
